Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project description, boat make and model, location, and photos. We use this information to respond, discuss estimates, arrange appointments, and manage your project. Please avoid sending payment card details, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Contact forms and project photos
Our contact form uses Jetpack Forms. Submissions are stored in the website’s form-response system and sent to our business email account. Submission records may include the time, source page, IP address, browser or device information, and the details entered in the form. Authorized website administrators can access these records.
You can email project photos to us separately. Photos may contain embedded information such as their date or location; remove details you do not want to share before sending. Sending an inquiry or photos does not itself give permission to publish your name, contact information, or private project photos.
Website email and Google access
We use WP Mail SMTP and the Gmail API to send website messages through our business Gmail account. The connection called Rykal Website Mail is authorized by the business account owner; website visitors do not need to sign in with Google or grant access to their Gmail accounts.
Google’s authorization for this connection includes permission to read, compose, send, and permanently delete Gmail messages. Our purpose for the website connection is sending website notifications and related messages. The website stores connection credentials and authorization tokens so it can send email; access to these settings is restricted to authorized administrators. Messages and inquiry details sent through Gmail are processed and stored by Google.
The business account owner can revoke the connection in Google Account permissions. Revoking it stops the website from sending through that connection until it is reauthorized. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and technical information
Our hosting, WordPress, Jetpack/Automattic, and email providers process information needed to operate the website, deliver messages, store records, and help protect the site. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser details, pages requested, timestamps, and error or security logs. Jetpack’s processing depends on the features enabled on the site.

Cookies, statistics, and external links
